Q How do I change my dental provider?
A It is easy either email us the change, including your name and member number as it appears on your card, or call us at the number listed on your member identification card. All changes made prior to the 15th of any given month will become effective the 1st of the following month.
Q How long should it take to get an appointment with a participating Dental provider?
